Farewell President Carter-  You have given us a strong example of how a president and decent human being can bring love and kindness and light to the world.  Rest in God's hands with your beloved wife. We honor and love your life and legacy and history will remember you with great respect. 

It is a new time with new challenges that must be addressed with new organization and technology to reach new generations, as well as older ones. Our mission is to encourage and channel the energy, ethics, and generosity of the Democratic spirit in San Diego County's East County for the purpose of actively achieving our goals as Democrats and promote the Democratic values of the San Diego County Democratic Party.
